RONI YOUSIF

Roni Yousif has over 20 years’ experience in the role of Managing Director, his extensive experience includes complex facilities at multiple locations across SYDNEY including work undertaken for:

  • Metropol Construction co,
  • Mono Construction,
  • Frontier Projects, and
  • Auscrete Group

Roni has extensive Formwork, Steel Fixing and Concrete placement experience across a portfolio spanning government, retail, hospitality, and commercial customers.

Roni’s current role builds on his exceptional relationship and people management skills which results in outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Roni holds a certificate in constructions and concrete licence.

OUR PROCESS

Management Plan

Our Operations manager undertakes a site assessment and develops site specific integrated Quality development, and WHS Management Plan.

Project Brief

The development team is briefed and inducted on all aspects of the formwork development.

Team Deployment

Our Implementation Manager supports the Operation Manager and delivery teams throughout the development phase

Periodical Tasks Scheduling

Planned periodical tasks are scheduled within the Infinity formwork IT system and allocated to staff for completion via managers and Supervisors

Task Allocation

Once in the system a Work Order is raised, and the tasks are allocated to the work team and engineers via the relevant Manager.

Conduct Audits

Quality Audits are conducted by the Supervisor (and other Infinity formwork managers) using tablets and smart phone devices to feed the information to the IT System

Reactive Work Requests as well as variation work can be raised either directly through our website, by calling our Customer Contact Centre or by contacting our office directly.
